What is your policy for online purchases?

All sales are final and absolute once an order is created we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or swaps. 

Refunds can only be issued in limited circumstances where purchased items are faulty and do not ultimately meet our quality standards.

In such circumstances a return request must be made by clicking here. Once received our team will assess the validity of your request and aim to respond to claims within 14 working days.

If claims are accepted all sneakers must be returned in their original condition with the sneaker box and an outer box for protection purposes. Any returns sent back without an outer box may be refused and sent back to the customer if damaged.

If your return is not accepted you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.

Any item purchased in a sale, pre-order, or with a promotional code are only eligible for store credit.

You have 3 days to request a return from the date you received the item(s).

You are responsible for the cost of your returns and can pay for your returns label via our returns portal.

How do I create a return?

Customer are reminded that there is no automatic right to a refund. Returns can only be made in limited circumstances and are issued at the discretion of Kickz Sourcer.

You can create a return online by clicking here. Please also make a note of your order number, and your reason for returning and place it inside the outer protective box of your return.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

What if I received the wrong item ?

If you have received the wrong item kindly contact us within 24 hours .
In the rare circumstance your order cannot be sourced an alternative or full refund will be offered.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we're able to locate them (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.

Fair use

If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right, then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. This includes but isn't limited to:

  • When we suspect someone isn't just trying their items on, but wearing them for longer periods, then returning them.
  • When someone orders and returns loads - way, way more than even the most loyal customer would order.
  • When the items returned don't match what you ordered. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.

If your account has been deactivated and you need to make a valid return, contactu. They'll give you a returns label although you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note: we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.

Want to exchange an item?

We’re no longer offering free exchanges to customers. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse. Need it in a different size or colour? Simply place a new order!
