DELIVERY

Average lead times for pre-orders items is are 10-18 working days. For all orders, processing and verification times mat vary before any order ships. Please allow up to 8 working days for delivery of your item. Additional time may be required during promotional periods and holidays.  You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders delivered to the U.S. will be shipped via FedEx, and orders delivered internationally will be shipped via DHL.

Please be advised that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped.  Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Our fulfillment process begins immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.  All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Kickz Sourcer reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time.  We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment.  You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please note your goods will only be shipped Monday-Saturday. Shipping timing begins when you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.

Delivery and processing speeds vary. Once authenticated, all items are delivered quickly and securely. International deliveries outside the UK are handled by UPS Express.

Please allow on average of 7-14 business days (excluding weekends) for sourcing and delivery of orders .
